Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Avocado Chocolate Mousse is not only a nutritious chocolate mousse, a healthy alternative to traditional mouse but it's also one of the easiest desserts you'll ever prepare! A dairy-free, gluten-free, refined-sugar-free, vegan dessert prepared with avocado is creamy, rich, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Avocado ripe
- ¼ cup Cacao Powder
- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate melted, minimum 70% cacao
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend the avocados in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.
- Combine maple syrup, cacao powder, melted chocolate, salt, vanilla extract, and half of the coconut oil. Blend in the remaining coconut oil until smooth. If required, adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup.
- Spoon into glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (can be prepared 1 day in advance). Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
