Dalat Strawberries Pancakes – Gluten and Dairy Free
These pancakes are made with only a few simple ingredients and consistently produce great pancakes.They're exploding with Dalat strawberry flavor and topped with date ginger syrup. If you like fruity pancakes, mango pancakes, banana pancakes, and blueberry pancakes are a must-try!
Ingredients
- 1 Egg large
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
- ¾ cup Plant-Based Milk
- 2 tbsp Date Ginger Syrup
- ½ cup Fresh Dalat Strawberries
- ¼ cup Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- Whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until completely blended.
- Mix in the milk until it's completely smooth.
- Coat a griddle or large skillet with oil. For each pancake, scoop batter into a ¼ cup and pour onto an oiled griddle or large skillet.
- Cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes on medium-high heat, or until the batter begins to bubble and the pancakes puff up. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve immediately with fresh strawberries and blueberries and date ginger syrup drizzled on top.
