Ingredients
 

Chips

  • 450 grams Potato
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Fish

  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Filter Water
  • cup Corn Flakes crushed
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 450 grams Sea Bass
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius. Potatoes peel and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices cut into 1/2-inch thick sticks
  • Toss potatoes with oil, pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Place potatoes in a single layer on a tray in an air-fryer basket in batches and cook until soft, about 5-10 minutes. Toss potatoes to redistribute; cook until lightly browned and crisp.
  • Remove the fries from the basket and keep them hot. Place the fish on a tray in the air-fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the fish is lightly browned and flaking readily with a fork. Don't overcook the food. Return the fries to the basket to finish cooking. Serve right away. Serve with tartar sauce
