Ingredients
 

  • 500 grams Fresh Tuna sushi grade
  • ½ tbsp Lime juice
  • ½ tsp Chili
  • ½ tsp Avocado Oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
  • ½ tsp Rock Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 com Avocadoes (ripe)
  • tbsp Jalapenos (finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Dice Tuna, Avocado to 5mm cubes; finely chop Jalapenos
  • In a mixing bowl, mix tuna with oil, lime juice, chili, jalapenos, salt, and black pepper
  • Serve on a dish, layering avocado first, drizzled with oil, and topped with tuna tartar mix. Serve immediately. It is crucial to use all ingredients chilled.
