Ingredients
 

  • 500 grams Dark Chocolate over 70% cacao
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk canned, chilled
  • ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
  • tsp Vanilla Extract
  • tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Almond Butter Green Monkey, crunchy

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  • Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate chunks are completely melted.

  • Spread into a 20×20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Pour almond butter to the top and swirl it into the chocolate with a toothpick. Don't swirl too much; just enough to produce the swirl effect.
  • Chill until set, 2-3 hours.
