Almond Butter Chocolate Fudge
Making fudge is actually quite simple. Our no-bake Almond Butter Fudge recipe makes delicious, gorgeous homemade fudge. You can also classify it as a superfood and a healthy sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Dark Chocolate over 70% cacao
- 1 cup Coconut Milk canned, chilled
- ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
- 1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Almond Butter Green Monkey, crunchy
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
- Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate chunks are completely melted.
- Stir constantly over low heat until the chocolate chunks are completely melted.
- Spread into a 20×20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
- Pour almond butter to the top and swirl it into the chocolate with a toothpick. Don't swirl too much; just enough to produce the swirl effect.
- Chill until set, 2-3 hours.
