Chia Seeds Pudding
Chia Seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, as well as fiber, iron, and calcium. HDL cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke, is raised by omega-3 fatty acids. Together with cacao and almond butter are energy boost and with coconut water detox.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ⅔ cups Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter Green Monkey Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine chia seeds and coconut water and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir in cocoa powder, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Divide into 2 glasses and top up with diced fruit of your choice.
