Pomegranate and Beetroot Juice

The combination of beetroot and pomegranate, both of which are potent antioxidants, is extremely helpful to one's health. Blood pressure has been shown to be reduced by beetroot and pomegranate. Drinking a glass of fresh juice as a mid-meal snack once a day will not only keep you healthy, but it will also keep you away from junk food.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 com Beetroot medium
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Molasses musovado sugar as substitute

Instructions
 

  • Add beetroot chunks and pomegranate seeds to a high-speed blender with 1/2 cup of cold water until getting a smooth puree.
  • Using a large strainer, strain it into a large mixing basin. Squeeze off as much liquid as possible using the back of a spoon. You can repeat this procedure by mixing the strained leftovers with half as much water as before.
  • Combine the juice with lemon juice, molasses, and another cup of cold water. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  • Serve chilled without the ice
