Coconut Yogurt Pumpkin Pie Parfait
This recipe is what got us into a pumpkin in the first place; it's dairy and gluten-free. Sweet dessert or breakfast that is both delicious and nutritious.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Coconut Yogurt
- ¾ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Spices
- 1 tsp Black Forest Honey
- ½ tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ tbsp Granola Green Monkey Granola
Instructions
- Mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and seeds in a bowl. Layer in glass pumpkin mix and yogurt, top with granola, and drizzle with honey.
- Serve chilled
