Vegan Cabbage and Pomegrante Coleslaw

Ingredients

Dressing

- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice or shred your veggies, then toss with the lime zest in a large bowl.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Pour into the salad, give a good stir and adjust the seasoning as needed. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if possible.
