Ingredients
 

  • 150 grams White Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot (medium)
  • 1 Red Onion (medium)
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate
  • 1⅛ tsp Lime Zest

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (light honey is 2nd option)
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice or shred your veggies, then toss with the lime zest in a large bowl.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Pour into the salad, give a good stir and adjust the seasoning as needed. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if possible.
