Salad

  • 3 com Avocados
  • 3 com Beetroots medium size
  • 1 com Orange large
  • cup Pumpkin Seeds

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes
  • ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 10 leafs Fresh Mint

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beetroots and avocados into 1cm thick slices, and the orange into segments, and put in the mixing bowl. Pumpkin seeds should be toasted quickly.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, salt, chili, and chopped mint.
  • Mix all together, serve on nice plates and top with extra mint leafs
