Baked Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus
The tastiest and simplest Asian marinade for fish made with wonderful ginger and garlic. The result is moist, sweet, and juicy.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Salmon Sapa Trout is great alternative
- 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
- 5 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 half Chili Pepper
- 1 pinch Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 2 equal fillets
- Marinate with all ingredients and leave 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Place salmon on a lined baking tray. Place into oven and cook salmon for 15 minutes.
- Serve with the mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (you may bake asparagus with salmon in the oven for 10 minutes)
