Baked Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus
The tastiest and simplest Asian marinade for fish made with wonderful ginger and garlic. The result is moist, sweet, and juicy.

- 500 grams Salmon Sapa Trout is great alternative
- 1 tbsp Ginger Minced
- 5 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 half Chili Pepper
- 1 pinch Himalayan Salt
Cut the salmon into 2 equal fillets
Marinate with all ingredients and leave 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Place salmon on a lined baking tray. Place into oven and cook salmon for 15 minutes.
Serve with the mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (you may bake asparagus with salmon in the oven for 10 minutes)
