Ingredients
Salad
- 3 com Avocados
- 3 com Beetroots medium size
- 1 com Orange large
- ⅛ cup Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes
- ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
- 10 leafs Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Cut the beetroots and avocados into 1cm thick slices, and the orange into segments, and put in the mixing bowl. Pumpkin seeds should be toasted quickly.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, salt, chili, and chopped mint.
- Mix all together, serve on nice plates and top with extra mint leafs
