Ingredients
 

  • 600 grams Cauliflower
  • 3 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed ground
  • 3 cups Spinach
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts
  • ¼ tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into large pieces after removing the core. Bring a big saucepan of water to a boil, then add the cauliflower and continue to cook for around 30 minutes.
  • Blend the cauliflower with 2 cups of vegetable stock in a blender until completely smooth. Blend in the remaining ingredients until they are perfectly smooth.
  • Serve immediately in the bowls, top with pine nuts and drizzle olive oil
