Dill Dip is a creamy, tangy, cooling, and fresh dip that's perfect with fresh veggie sticks, fritters, or as a Tzatziki or Tartar Sauce substitute. It must, however, be served chilled.

Ingredients
 

  • cup Cashew Nuts Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
  • Pinch Ground White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours before serving
  • Serve with vegetable sticks or fritters
