Dill Dip is a creamy, tangy, cooling, and fresh dip that's perfect with fresh veggie sticks, fritters, or as a Tzatziki or Tartar Sauce substitute. It must, however, be served chilled.

1½ cup Cashew Nuts Sour Cream ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Finely Chopped Fresh Dill 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley 1 tsp Garlic Powder Pinch Himalayan Salt Pinch Ground White Pepper
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Salt & pepper to taste.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving
Serve with vegetable sticks or fritters
