Roasted Asparagus With Lemon And Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 com Lemon Juice
- 600 grams Fresh Green Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Rock Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- A large baking sheet should be prepared by lining it with parchment paper. Crush the garlic cloves until they are very finely minced. Place aside.
- Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon zest with a zester or a handheld rasp-style grater. Save the lemon juice for another time.
- Arrange the asparagus spears on a baking sheet, trimming the tough ends.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with salt, pepper, and the minced garlic before drizzling with olive oil.
- Asparagus is crisp-tender when cooked on the middle rack in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Make sure the asparagus is cooked through. Removing the dish from the oven or increasing the cooking time is necessary.
- Grate the lemon zest over the asparagus, then arrange it on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with salt and pepper and the juice of half a lemon.
