Ingredients
 

  • 2 com Pork Fillet Large 750 grams each
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Rock Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 170 C degrees
  • Combine the garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a small bowl. Drizzle the mix and olive oil over the pork loin, rubbed all over the pork, and set aside for 10 minutes. Meat should be room temperature, not cold.
  • Cook for 45, or until an instant-read thermometer placed into the thickest portion of the pork registers between 66 and 68 degrees.
  • Place the pork roast on a cutting board, cover with aluminum foil, and set aside for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with pan-fried baby potatoes and dijon mustard.
