Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup Almond Milk
  • 2 cup Baby Spinach
  • ½ com Avocado ripe
  • ¼ cup Kiwi
  • ½ cup Strawberries fresh or frozen

Topping

  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a high-powered blender, combine the ingredients in the order stated, starting with 1/2 cup milk.
  • Begin on low speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as required and adding extra liquid if it becomes stuck. Set the mixer to high speed after the mixture is thick and creamy, until it achieves an ice cream consistency.
  • Divide between two bowls and top up with topping mixture.
