Dalgona Coffee - Whipped Coffee
Cold latte coffee is Dalgona Coffee, sweet and silky coffee froth. The mix of cold milk and coffee is just a perfect match. And what is best is that you can do it without fancy machines - you need only a little patience and strength in your arms.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Instant Coffee we recommend Davidoff Fine Aroma
- 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water hot, filtered
- 4 cups Almond Milk cold
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Mix the coffee powder and sugar immediately in a large bowl. Add 2 tbsp of water and beat coffee and sugar with a whisk until light and creamy. If necessary, add a couple more drops of water to the coffee.
- Fill jars with ice cubes. Then pour in the milk. Top the milk with whipped coffee.
- Serve immediately, decorate with coffee beans, and optionally sprinkle cinnamon powder.
