Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Once al dente, drain without washing. Ensure to put fresh pasta in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp of salt, without oil.
While pasta is cooking, in the bowl of a food processor, add tomatoes. Process to a fine paste. Add basil and pulse to combine. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper and pulse to combine. With the machine running, slowly pour in olive oil. Taste for seasoning adding more salt and pepper as necessary.
Combine sauce and pasta in the pan, cook 2-3 minutes until sauce and pasta are combined well
